Our compassionate, highly trained staff is ready to provide you and your pet with compassionate care and excellent customer service. Below you will find general information about our hospital including new client forms, hours, maps, etc.

Booking Your Pet’s Appointment

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. When you are ready to book your appointment please call 586-992-3810 and we will be more than happy to schedule your pet. While on the phone we will ask you some basic information about you, your pet, and a brief history. If you have a doctor preference please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time – we know your time is important.

  • Monday through Wednesday – 8 am to 6 pm
  • Thursday and Friday – 8 am to 4 pm
  • Saturday – 8 am to 3 pm
  • Sunday – Closed
  • Closed holidays

What to Bring

Once your appointment is scheduled we ask that you bring a completed new client form and any medical records from your previous veterinarian. If your pet is coming in for their annual preventative health exam please bring a fresh stool sample to the appointment as well. For your protection , and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats and exotic pets must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.
